Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership across teams
• Set expectations and ensure commitments are met
• Maintain high performance and accountability standards
• Drive implementation of quarterly and annual business goals
• Track milestones and ensure timely execution
• Align teams to strategic priorities
• Review and ensure performance across sales quota, collection/bank reconciliation, profitability, team satisfaction, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate and reinforce company values, strategy, and direction
• Ensure alignment between leadership and frontline teams
• Promote a culture of discipline, performance, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Background in operations, business management, or a related function
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and results-oriented
• Comfortable with performance scorecards, KPIs, and operational tracking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
