This position assists in conducting data gathering and analysis to support the work measurement and operational planning activities of the IE Supervisors. This position compiles data, develops reports and conducts periodic audits. This position participates in time studies and operation improvement activities.

The position also supports daily operational activities while driving efficiency initiatives through the design and development of digital tools and automation solutions in APAC Level. This role combines operational expertise with technical capability to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and support regional operations and enterprise-level system implementation.

Responsibilities:

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support process improvement and standardization initiatives.
  • Document and maintain process flows and procedures.

Systems & Tools Development

  • Develop and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and workflow solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
  • Perform testing, implementation, and user support.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) activities to protect sensitive business and customer information.
  • Maintain process maps and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Support workload analysis, staffing studies, and performance measurement.

Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Conduct operational audits and process reviews to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Track audit findings and support corrective action plans.
  • Monitor and verify the effectiveness of process improvements and controls.

Planning & Operational Support

  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation through data analysis.
  • Prepare management reports, SOPs, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain operational reference materials and support governance activities.

Documentation and data maintenance

  • Maintain clear process and system documentation
  • manage user list, and support compliance and internal control alignment
  • Provide user training and guidance

Qualifications & Requirements (Hong Kong)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience:

  • Experience working in multinational organizations with cross-functional exposure and collaboration
  • ​ 2-5 years of experience in process improvement, business analytics, systems support, automation, or application development.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve operational processes through technology.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA preferred).
  • Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
  • SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, data modeling, and reporting, with experience handling large datasets.
  • Working experience in Python / VBA (able to independently build automation)
  • Experience in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization
  • Experience with SQL / APIs is an advantage
