Our client is an industry leader for providing digital platforms crafted for telecom operators, banks, financial services organizations, and other enterprises. They provide solutions for BSS, banking and fintech, AI-led marketing automation and messaging platforms, which have been recognized by leading research firms.

Objective of the role

The key purpose of the Operations Head role is to deliver net incremental revenue goals for the Customer leveraging our client’s MARTECH & other products.

Key Job Responsibilities
Business:

  • Consulting Customer on Revenue enhancement

  • Develop/define & implement marketing programs/campaigns to enhance service penetration & increase revenues for the Customer

  • Identify and make recommendations for actions to improve campaign performance to drive incremental revenue

  • Study market requirements on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for incremental revenues.

  • Track competitor activities in various domains, create & flash outcome-oriented reports and dashboards.

Team handling & collaboration:

  • Spearheading a team of professionals (from analytics, consulting team & operations) to drive customer value management strategies and operations leveraging the company's platform

  • Effectively lead cross-functional teams across the unit and the client to deliver outcomes for the Customer Interface with the company's technical team product management and R&D teams for deploying new modules leveraging the complete ecosystem

Relationship management:

  • Managing relationships with Customer CVM/Product Heads, CVM Team along with their BI Teams

  • Build and maintain solid understanding of the Customer’s infrastructure, business objectives and processes to become a trusted advisor for all issues related to Customer Value Management strategy, operations, performance and revenue generation

Others:

  • Negotiate, agree, and maintain & monitor Service Level Agreements with the Customer within the unit’s policy guidelines.

  • Support Finance to ensure all invoices are raised on time and provide on-site support for payment receipt.

  • Manage product release updates

Requierements:

  • 12–15 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, customer value management (CVM), or consulting roles within telecommunications

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including analytics, consulting, and operations professionals to drive business outcomes

  • Strong experience in managing client relationships, particularly with senior stakeholders in telecom or digital service provider organizations

  • Deep understanding of BSS, fintech, MARTECH, or AI-led marketing platforms and their operational application

  • Professional proficiency in both French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages

  • Demonstrated track record in revenue enhancement initiatives, campaign management, and performance optimization

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans

  • Willingness and ability to travel and work closely with clients on-site as needed
