ABOUT THE COMPANY
Expérience GAP4U inc. is a business coaching company based in Quebec that serves Quebec entrepreneurs. The founder combines a coaching program, sustained social media content production across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and business intelligence consulting work. The company is in active growth: publishing volume is scaling from 40 toward 50-60 posts per week, a group coaching offer is launching, and YouTube is being added by the end of 2026. Content production is largely automated through AI systems, so the priority now is someone who can run those systems, generate opportunities, and build structure as the business scales.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Expérience GAP4U is growing fast, and this role is what keeps that growth running day to day. The Operations & Growth Coordinator will operate the content machine, open and nurture sales conversations, and build the administrative structure the business needs, so the founder can stay focused on filming, coaching, and selling. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to own real responsibility inside a lean, fast-moving business and see their work directly move the needle on sales and momentum.
This position is perfect for someone who:
✅ Is resourceful and looks forward to figuring things out with new tools, prompts, and resources
✅ Is methodical and rigorous, and never approximates on numbers, dates, or names
✅ Communicates proactively and gives the straight story without being asked
✅ Is reliable and consistent, and can be counted on day after day
✅ Thinks in solution mode and shows up with answers, not just problems
✅ Protects the founder's focus and knows when to step in and when to hold back
Social Media & Content Operations
Running the founder's social media presence so it operates without him and keeps scaling in volume. This is the primary focus of the role.
Own the publishing calendar end to end, including planning, scheduling, validation, and recycling content across platforms
Operate the existing AI content systems and content banks to keep publishing running at a steady, growing cadence
Publish stories and posts daily from the existing content banks
Maintain coverage of the content operation during the founder's absences so nothing goes dark
Coordinate external resources such as the video editor and collaborators, including timelines, deliveries, and follow-ups
Monitor performance across platforms, identify what is working, and propose adjustments
Research inspiring personal brands and bring fresh format and content ideas to the table
Coordinate the YouTube rollout, including the deployment plan, research, resource coordination, and follow-through to launch
Lead Generation & Podcast Booking
Opening and nurturing sales conversations every day, since open conversations feed sales and sales fund the role.
Open Instagram and Facebook conversations daily using validated messages, and manage all follow-ups
Support chat-based selling (Sell by Chat) and hand off to the founder once a conversation becomes qualified
Operate messaging automations in ManyChat and follow up on responses
Book podcasts for the founder through research, pitching, and coordination
Maintain the conversations-opened-per-week dashboard, the central indicator of the role
Own lead magnet creation to drive raise-hand opt-ins and feed the daily conversation pipeline
Administration & Process Documentation
Handling recurring administration and building the documented structure the business does not yet have.
Manage recurring invoicing and payment follow-up in QuickBooks
Onboard new coaching clients
Triage email, manage bookings, and protect the founder's calendar
Document each task performed so it ends up written, clear, and transferable
Build checklists and templates as work is completed so processes no longer live only in the founder's head
Although the responsibilities outlined above will form the core focus of your role, please note that your hiring manager may assign additional relevant tasks as needed to align with the evolving objectives of your position and the overall goals of our business.
