REPORTS TO: Plant Manager
Salary Range: $17 - $22
This position requires hands-on labor on a regular basis which included handling all fertilizer and chemical equipment
Performs a variety of tasks while providing the quality of service, which meets customer requirements
Provides general labor and operates some equipment safely and effectively inside and/or outside the facility as required.
Provides good housekeeping in and about the facility and within assigned work area
Assists with maintenance of equipment and/or vehicles as required.
Monitors inventory and shrink levels if applicable; advise supervisor of discrepancies, as they occur.
Ensures that all associated documentation, including shipping and receiving, is accurate and completed according to schedule
Deals effectively and courteously with customers and co-workers
Performs other tasks associated with the handling and/or manufacturing of products done by Gold Star FS, Inc.
Maintenance of anhydrous ammonia equipment
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Be fully trained in all related areas of job function.
Take necessary precautions when handling crop protection products and equipment.
Always wear required safety equipment. Never do or act in an unsafe manner. Be aware of the company safety policies.
Requires common knowledge of maintenance and repairs, as well as day to day functions of any element
