AERONES is scaling fast, and our finance function is scaling with it. We're looking for a driven, highly independent Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our growing FP&A team and own the numbers behind how the business runs. This is not a back-office reporting seat - your focus will be operations. Sit where finance meets operations, turning operational data into insights that steer decisions on cost, margin, and performance.
You'll thrive here if you take ownership of your work, move fast, and prefer to build the answer yourself rather than wait to be told what to do. We're a dynamic, fast-moving environment, and the people who do well bring real drive and hold themselves to a high standard. In return, you get unusual scope, direct exposure to leadership decisions, and the chance to help shape an FP&A function as it expands.
We're genuinely excited about AI, and finance is leading the way. There's real room to experiment - to try new tools, automate the repetitive stuff, and get better as you go. You don't need to be an expert today; we mostly care that you want to learn. If tinkering with tools to speed up your work sounds fun, this is a good place to do it.
