Koch Global Financial Servicesis seeking anOperations Finance Leaderfor our Finance office in Luxembourg. This role is ideal for a self-driven, motivated professional looking to add value in a high-performing finance team.

We are seeking a principled leader to coach, develop, and lead a team of finance professionals supporting the operations finance team for Order to Cash, IT Procurement, and Supplier Enablement. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize the contributions of the team by applying Principle Based Management (PBM). You will build trusted relationships, personalize your coaching approach, and ensure each individual is equipped to develop their skills, drive transformation, and exemplify Our Values.

This position offers excellent business exposure, hands-on experience, and a strong platform for career growth within Koch. The role reports directly to theFinance Director and will have functional reporting responsibilities to our Global Order to Cash and Invoice to Pay leaders.


What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members, ensuring each is positioned to maximize their comparative advantage and contribution.
  • Drive operational excellence and transformation in IT procurement, supplier enablement, and order to cash processes.
  • You will partner closely with credit managers, sales leaders, and our global service delivery organization to set the strategy and own team performance for our European Collections capability.
  • Own escalation pathways for our regional Supplier Enablement and IT Procurement teams.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, transformation, and mutual benefit, while role modelling Our Values in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with business partners and global capability leaders to identify and implement process improvements and optimize adherence to financial controls.
  • Maintain accountability for results and behaviours aligned with PBM principles.
  • Support team members’ career navigation and development by providing regular feedback and development opportunities.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Prior experience leading teams in finance, procurement, or related accounting operations.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of driving business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage team priorities effectively and hold team members accountable to operational performance.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, from team members to global leaders
