Koch Global Financial Services is seeking anOperations Finance Leader for our Finance office in Luxembourg. This role is ideal for a self-driven, motivated professional looking to add value in a high-performing finance team.
We are seeking a principled leader to coach, develop, and lead a team of finance professionals supporting the operations finance team for Order to Cash, IT Procurement, and Supplier Enablement. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize the contributions of the team by applying Principle Based Management (PBM). You will build trusted relationships, personalize your coaching approach, and ensure each individual is equipped to develop their skills, drive transformation, and exemplify Our Values.
This position offers excellent business exposure, hands-on experience, and a strong platform for career growth within Koch. The role reports directly to the Finance Director and will have functional reporting responsibilities to our Global Order to Cash and Invoice to Pay leaders.
