Job Description

We're looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team and play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving performance, and influencing strategic decision-making across the business.

Working within the wider FP&A function, you'll partner with teams across Revenue & Yield, Marketing, Digital Trading, and our Customer Service Centre. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you'll combine financial expertise with commercial insight to help optimise trading performance, maximise marketing investment, and support the growth of one of the UK's leading holiday operators.

What you will be doing...

• Partner with senior leaders across Revenue & Yield, Marketing, Digital Trading and Customer Service Centre functions.
• Provide commercial insight and financial challenge to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyse trading performance, customer behaviour and revenue drivers, translating data into meaningful recommendations.
• Support initiatives focused on revenue growth, occupancy optimisation, yield management and customer acquisition.
• Develop robust business cases and investment appraisals for key projects and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, increase margins and optimise costs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities for supported business areas.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and financial commentary.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support business performance reviews.
• Drive improvements in reporting, forecasting and commercial analytical capabilities.

About you...

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering roles.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and engaging way to non-finance audiences.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial planning and reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau or other data visualisation tools would be advantageous.
• Experience within hospitality, leisure, travel, retail or e-commerce sectors is beneficial but not essential.
