What the Operations Finance Data & Reporting Analyst I does at Worldwide

The Operations Finance Data & Reporting Analyst I will prepare analyses and metrics for reporting both internally to management. Enhance business tools to create automation in process. Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment using creative techniques to solve problems and address challenges raised by project teams, clients, and management.

What you will do

  • Perform Project setup and maintenance activities

  • Assistwithmaintainingcorporate data standards for the Project Finance team

  • Support ERP system data integrity

  • Analyzeoperational project data as it pertains to relevant financial metrics

  • Provide reporting out of ERP system internally

  • Ad hoc support for projects and report revenue

  • Manage the timekeeping process in ERP system and ensure all timesubmittedis approvedin a timely mannerincluding follow-up with resources and managers

  • Support preparation of monthly Invoices/Billing events

What you will bring to the role

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI a plus).

  • Experience working in various General Ledger and/or PSA applications (NetSuite andCertiniaa plus).

  • Ability to organize and present data in a meaningful way.

  • Enhanced communication skills withdemonstratedability to communicate with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to handle & meet deadlines and juggle competing obligations.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.

  • Commitment to excellence andhigh standards

Your experience

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, orotherrelated field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in operational/project finance role.

  • Experience in process automation is preferred.

  • Background in Clinical Research is preferred.

  • Experience in accounting is preferred.
