Job Description

An affiliate network operating under a group of companies in the digital marketing and advertising space, currently looking for a sharp, reliable, and tech-savvy team member to join at an early stage and take ownership of essential day-to-day operations — from finance tracking to system configuration and basic account management.

What You'll Be Doing

🧮 Finance & Reporting

• Prepare regular reports for both brands and affiliates

• Calculate adjustments and deductions (e.g., invalid traffic, fixed percentages, etc.)

• Monitor balances and notify when accounts go negative

• Send reminders to brands regarding pending payments

• Maintain updated daily, weekly, and monthly balances

⚙️ System Configuration

• Set up and manage system rules (injections, targeting, etc.)

• Monitor for errors and bugs, and follow up on fixes

• Make ongoing system adjustments based on performance and needs

🤝 Account Management Support

• Monitor campaign statuses and performance

• Provide feedback to partners when needed

• Follow up and push for engagement with affiliates or advertisers

• Stay active in relevant group chats and respond accordingly

📆 Weekend Routine

• Basic weekend checks to ensure balances, errors, and urgent updates are under control

Who You Are

• Strong with numbers, spreadsheets, and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with online platforms and tech tools

• Responsible, independent, and organized

• Intermediate or higher English skills (written and spoken)

• Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or AdTech – big advantage

• Familiarity with Telegram or similar group chat communication – helpful
