Job Description

General Description:
To support the day-to-day supply chain or logistics activities of our customers which can cover end-to-end billing and invoicing and other documentation including managing customer requirements. You are required to coordinate with customers, contractors, truckers and transporters to support the execution of these activities. You are also required to handle staff administrative matters together with a team of supervisors and admin staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day support of customers operation and requirements

• Manage day-to-day administrative matters relating to department & staff.
• To work with trucking and warehouse team for the received invoices and to verify that all billing documents are validated.
• To ensure all trucking permits and shipping documents are in order and properly documented for invoices billed to the company.
• Provide solutioning for new projects.
• Support setting up of new warehousing and trucking businesses.
• Support day-to-day warehouse and trucking operations.
• Support audit checks for ISO certification from external government agencies.
• Conduct audit and Safety checks on warehousing and trucking operations for WSH compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Critical thinking and writing skills
• Logistics operations management preferable in 3rd party logistics, trucking, distribution or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Able to work independently and with good analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a constantly changing environment.
• Meticulous in details
