candidate will have a strong background in backend operations, with expertise
in both programmatic platforms and traditional media. In this role, you will
play a key part in ensuring the efficient execution of advertising campaigns
across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of
programmatic advertising platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and
reporting.

Monitor campaign performance and make
adjustments to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with data analysts to
evaluate campaign data and identify trends.

Oversee logistics and execution of
traditional media campaigns, including TV, radio, and print.

Coordinate with media partners to
ensure timely delivery and placement of ads.

Track campaign performance and key
metrics.

Develop and implement efficient
processes to streamline workflows and boost productivity.

Troubleshoot operational issues and
provide timely solutions.

Ensure compliance with industry
standards and regulations.

Mentor junior team members by
providing guidance and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional

Requirements

Qualifications:

v
Bachelor's degree in Advertising,
Marketing, or a related field.

v
3-5 years of experience in advertising
operations, with a strong focus on programmatic platforms.

v
In-depth knowledge of programmatic
advertising concepts, technologies, and platforms.

v
Experience in traditional media
planning and execution.

v
Strong analytical skills with the
ability to interpret data effectively.

v
Excellent project management and
organizational skills.

v
Proficiency in tools such as Google
Ads, DoubleClick, and Adobe Analytics.

v
Strong communication and interpersonal
skills.

Desired Skills:
