Sensos is looking for a hands-on Operations & Executive Coordinator to support our growing U.S. operations and help run our New York office.

This is a broad role for someone used to wearing many hats across administration, logistics, finance support, company activities, and executive support.

New York City | Hybrid

Salary Range: $90k-$130k

What You’ll Do

  • Support company logistics, including travel, shipments and equipment.
  • Work with Finance on expenses, invoices, purchasing and budgets.
  • Coordinate company meetings, events, conferences and marketing activities.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the CEO and U.S. team.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with global teams.
  • Own day-to-day operational issues and make sure things get done.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, office management, business administration or a similar broad role.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-moving company.
  • Working in a global environment
  • Experience across multiple areas such as administration, logistics, finance, vendors, events and executive support.
  • Highly organized, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
