The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities across vehicle transfers, loan clearances, logistics coordination and inventory management. The role exists to improve operational efficiency by reducing turnaround times, minimizing operational bottlenecks, supporting field teams, ensuring accurate inventory control, and providing reliable operational coverage during peak workloads and employee absences.

In this role, you will:

• Collect & deliver vehicle plates, registration cards, and transfer documents from the branch to transfer locations when required
• Coordinate movement of vehicles, plates, and documentation between branches, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Support transfer operations during high-volume periods to maintain turnaround times.
• Collect loan clearance documents and accompany customers to banks.
• Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders during loan settlement when required
• Perform daily physical stock counts and reconciliation.
• Monitor vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure vehicle locations are accurately updated in CRM.
• Support inventory reconciliation and stock accuracy initiatives.
• Monitor fleet maintenance requirements.
• Obtain supplier quotations for maintenance work.
• Track maintenance completion and documentation.
• Compile monthly invoices relating to logistics, recoveries, and maintenance.
• Support branch operations during customer peak hours.
• Support cross-functional operational activities whenever required.
• Assist Operations Management with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors
• Previous experience in the same field
• Should have a UAE driving license
• Proficient with computers, G-Suite and other standard office technology
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
