Mint Bespoke specialises in recruiting high-quality hospitality professionals across the UK, with a strong focus on back-of-house and kitchen-based roles. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Resourcer to help build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to support our clients nationwide.

As a Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging with hospitality professionals across a range of back-of-house roles. You’ll work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for hospitality roles
Build and maintain a strong talent pool of back-of-house professionals
Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to source candidates
Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability
Support consultants with interview scheduling and candidate submissions
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
Assist with urgent vacancies when required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment role (hospitality experience desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
A genuine passion for hospitality and people
