Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Excellence Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional with a strong sense of logic, common sense, and a passion for process improvement. Youll play a key part in shaping operational efficiency by developing SOPs, streamlining workflows, and supporting teams with structured training and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and documenting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across departments.
• Design and maintain process flows and efficiency maps using flowcharts and visual tools.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest logical, practical solutions to improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their workflows and support improvement initiatives.
• Support training of staff on newly developed or updated processes and SOPs.
• Monitor the implementation of processes to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Work closely with the Operations team to continuously identify areas of improvement.
• Help build a culture of continuous improvement through structured processes and feedback loops.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome experience in internships or projects related to operations/process improvement is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, logic-driven mindset, and a knack for problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic preferred).
• Ability to create process flow diagrams and documentation (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools).
• Eager to learn, highly organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable delivering presentations and training sessions.
