We operate 5 manufacturing sites in Europe and North America (Antwerp BE, Köln DE, Lavéra FR, Plaquemine US, Bayport, US). We produce a broad range of 200+ products which spread across five key value chains (Ethylene Oxide, Propylene Oxide, Oxoalcohols, Acetic Acid, and ENB), and on many of our products we are the European market leader. Our total manufacturing capacity is above 3 million tonnes per annum generating an annual EBITDA of ~300 M€. INEOS Oxide is an energetic business which is growing actively on a global level, with projects to extend our production base to new sites in North America and Asia in addition to continued investment on our existing platforms. Purpose of the Job:
The Operations Excellence Data & Information Coordinator supports organizational efficiency by ensuring smooth operations, enhancing productivity, and additional tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Accountabilities:
- Production/Maintenance Coordinator as needed when equipment preparation is not completed per schedule.
- Ensure priority of work is understood by Execution Forces for planned work and schedule breaker work.
- Proactively communicate changes in schedule to impacted groups.
- Communicate with Scheduler and Production/Maintenance Coordinator to ensure prioritization of scheduled work aligns with business needs and provide work execution updates for schedule progression.
- Communicate with SHE group about work that could affect environmental requirements and incorporate SHE needs in work scope.

Safety:
- Maintain and control the safe and efficient operation of the production unit using established operating disciplines and procedures. Ensure safety and environmental compliance is achieved
- Understand and lead by example for all safety and environmental programs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to associated levels of the organization
- Coordinate executive level meetings
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information
- Assist in preparation of PowerPoint-based presentation materials for executive level meetings. This includes reviewing the material for errors and maintaining a strict formatting standard, throughout
- Manage customer visits and entertainment events
- Reconciliation of business expenses, as requested, for site leadership and reports
- Maintain control of costs within assigned budgeted projects
- Restock reserves of INEOS gear for customers
- Manage the approval process and set up regular and irregular departmental invoices for payment in SAP, including entering service entries and good receipts
- Submitting purchase requisitions for materials in SAP
- Alternate approver in SAP for Site Manager
- Manage the leadership's calendars and scheduling of appointments
- Format and send formal correspondence site wide
- Manage time appropriately to address site needs
- Arrange equipment/facilities for meeting (lunches & refreshments, if required)
- Register employees for required training courses
- Work with vendors on purchasing various items
- Coordinate the selection of promo items, safety gifts, employee recognition gift
- Manage Community Outreach
- Manage and Execute Site events, (Site Appreciation Lunches, Breakfast with Santa, etc.)
- Manage the Operations SOP Repository
- Manage the Bayport Intranet Site
- Manage Site EnPlug TV Site
- Support on Site projects for Asset Care as needed
- Manage Operations Building/Office renovations
- Manage the FRC Program for visitors in admin building
- Scribe in EOC during Emergency Incidents
- Manage sending gifts/flowers to employees as needed
- Manage the office supplies

Level of Education & Experience in general
- A minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience
- Associates Degree or higher
Technical Skills
- Strong computer skills include proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Preferred knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of SAP and SharePoint functionalities.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines. This includes regular and irregular/special tasks
- Fluent in the use of travel websites to book travel, hotels, etc.
- Quick learner, able to learn new tasks independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clientele
