Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Engineer, Senior who will:

  • Act as the first responderfor production incidents and exceptions, ensuring quick triage and resolutionof critical issues.

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teamsto improve observability, logging, and alertingacross the application stack.

  • Handle deployment and configurationof the ACB solution in production environments.

  • Monitor the functionality and performanceof the ACB solution and ensure uptime and reliability.

  • Create and maintain operational playbooksand SOPs for recurring tasks and incident handling.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies,including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and DevOps activities.

  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow.

  • Work closely with global teams and stakeholdersacross time zones to ensure seamless operations.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates having:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 5years of experiencein managing and operating enterprise-grade applications

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD toolsAzure DevOpspreferred.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages(e.g., Python, Bash) and relational databaseslike PostgreSQL or SQL Server

  • Experience in deploying and managing cloud-native applicationsusing AWS services

  • Exposure to the telecom billing domainis a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication and customer support skills

  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotationand handle production support.
