Position: Operations Engineer II
Location: Irving, TX

Multiple Positions Available:

1.Manage the development of project plans and technical solutions which may not be defined, including problem statement and resource requirements definition.
2. Influence decisions on deployment and machine performance execution strategy to senior level leadership.
3. Own the tactical planning on the installation of complex crossfunctional projects with considerable impact across the functions of schedule, scope, cost and product performance.
4. Lead projects that may span organizations or geographies in support of a business objective, and includes the management of contractors and vendors.
5. Own the strategy of your program/product for annual planning of resources and budget, defining deployment plans of record and continuous improvement goals.
6. Set standards, drive mechanisms and deliver efficiencies across both deployment execution and machine performance, based on your own observations and the voice of the customer.
7. Own communication of program execution and performance both verbally and in writing, consolidating inputs across multiple internal cross-functional business teams.
8. Domestic travel up to 75% to perform role responsibilities may be required.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $93662 - $114900)

Basic Qualifications


A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Technologies, Electrical Engineering or other STEM field degrees or related field and 4 year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Technologies, Electrical Engineering or other STEM field degrees or related field followed by 6 year(s) of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Must have 4 year(s) of experience in the following:

1. Experience as industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience.
2.Experience in supporting deployment of new product/technology and/or large material handling and automation installations in a construction environment to include safety and permitting requirements.
3. Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).
4. Experience in mechanical, electrical diagrams and controls logic.
