We are seeking an
experienced Operations Engineer (Expert) to support digital retail
solutions used at point-of-sale environments. These platforms enable an
engaging customer experience through digital product visualization, content
management systems, and customer delivery applications used across dealership environments.

Key
Responsibilities:

• 
  Analyse business and operational
  processes to identify clear system requirements.
• 
  Review and propose alternative system
  design solutions.
• 
  Present technical solutions to the
  Product Owner or Project Lead.
• 
  Create and execute test cases and
  support testing activities.
• 
  Perform basic SIT and UAT
  reporting.
• 
  Support and coordinate test case
  creation with business testers and developers.
• 
  Track requirements and ensure test
  coverage across all testing phases.
• 
  Ensure testing entry and exit
  criteria are met.
• 
  Assist with defect management and
  retesting activities.
• 
  Monitor production environments and
  respond to ITSM tickets.
• 
  Assist with production configuration
  and application performance monitoring.
• 
  Maintain weekly and monthly ITSM
  reporting dashboards.
• 
  Provide operational support during
  on-call and holiday rotations.
• 
  Produce system documentation, user
  manuals, and operational documentation.
• 
  Support user training and system
  implementation activities.
• 
  Participate in system audits and
  quality assurance initiatives.
• 
  Coach and support
  colleagues when required.

Experience
& Qualifications:
