We are looking for a Operations Engineer to join our operations team and ensure the highest standards of availability, efficiency, and safety across our mission-critical infrastructure. This is a hands-on role, maintaining and repairing systems such as UPS, cooling, and HVAC, while supporting both internal teams and customers with exceptional service.
You will be responsible for operational excellence in our data centers — from preventive maintenance and on-call emergency response — ensuring that our facilities meet the highest industry standards and atNorth’s own rigorous processes. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will help drive scalability, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The wellbeing of our employees is a top priority, and we want everyone to feel valued.
We foster an open and transparent company culture, supported by active and ongoing communication. Monthly wellbeing surveys and regular one-to-one meetings provide us with valuable insights into how our team is feeling and where we can improve. Every week, we also come together for a shared breakfast at the office—because sometimes, the best ideas (and conversations) happen over coffee and croissants.
