Operations Enablement Manager

Lead and expand an internal program that strengthens education, empowerment, and professional development for all employees within the Supply Chain Centre

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end training and enablement strategy across Supply Chain and Customer Service Centre.
• Identify capability gaps and deliver targeted technical and leadership pathways
• Lead and evolve the SEED Program (Supporting, Educating, Empowering, Developing)
• Drive adoption of modern digital learning tools and LMS platforms
• Manage and coach a small team of Enablement Specialists
• Partner with senior leaders, HR and Talent to embed a strong learning culture
• Track effectiveness through dashboards, KPIs and reporting

About you

• Proven experience leading training and capability programs in complex or multi‑site environments
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring and leadership development
• Experience managing training or enablement teams
• Advanced instructional design and adult learning expertise
• Confident stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) or equivalent, or tertiary qualifications in HR/Education
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Training & Development, including leadership experience
