The Operations EDI & Logistics Analytics Specialist plays a critical role in enabling accurate, timely, and scalable order processing and fulfillment across Kenvue’s supply chain. The role is primarily responsible for end‑to‑end EDI operations and integration (approximately 70%), while also providing operational analytics support (approximately 30%) to identify and drive cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

By ensuring high‑quality EDI integrations with customers and partners, and translating operational data into actionable insights, the role directly supports customer service performance, operational efficiency, and revenue recognition or procedures.

EDI Operations & Integration (≈70%)

  • Own and manage end‑to‑end EDI transaction flows from order receipt through shipping notification and invoicing.

  • Act as the first point of escalation for EDI‑related order flow disruptions, ensuring timely resolution to protect customer service and downstream operations.

  • Monitor EDI messaging success across purchase orders, purchase order responses, advance ship notices, and invoices, including related XML formats.

  • Triage, diagnose, and troubleshoot EDI document failures across XML and EDIFACT formats, escalating issues to the appropriate internal or external teams for resolution.

  • Identify and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual order handling; onboard new customers to EDI or expand existing customer integrations to additional document types.

  • Analyse EDI error trends and root causes to deliver systemic fixes and improve overall integration stability and data quality.

  • Clearly communicate technical EDI issues, impacts, and resolutions to non‑technical stakeholders including Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

  • Manage the relationship with external VAN service providers, including performance monitoring, issue management, and service improvements.

  • Support enterprise technology enhancements and initiatives that require customer or partner EDI involvement.

  • Ensure EDI processes meet audit, compliance, and data governance requirements related to order processing and electronic data exchange.

Logistics Analytics & Operational Insights (≈30%)

  • Analyse order‑to‑delivery and logistics data to identify inefficiencies and cost improvement opportunities.

  • Provide data‑driven insights to support continuous improvement initiatives across customer service, warehousing, and transportation.

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support root‑cause analysis of service issues and revenue leakage.

  • Support ad‑hoc logistics and operational analysis to enable informed decision‑making and process optimisation.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability with the ability to connect technical issues to business outcomes.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

  • Hands‑on experience with XML documents and EDI messaging standards (EDIFACT preferred; X12 sufficient).

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment.

  • Project management experience, including coordination across cross‑functional teams.

  • Supplier and service‑provider management experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

  • Proven experience working in cross‑functional, enterprise environments

  • Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!

  • Learning & Development Opportunities

  • Kenvuer Impact Networks

  • This list could vary based on location/region.
