
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Operations Director – Resources to lead the operational performance, strategic direction, and continuous improvement of a resources portfolio based on the Sunshine Coast. This is a senior leadership role with broad accountability for safe, efficient, and sustainable operations across multiple sites, teams, and functions.
The Operations Director will provide leadership across production, maintenance, asset performance, workforce capability, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with executive leadership and site-based teams, this role will be central to delivering strong operational outcomes, driving performance improvement, and supporting long-term business growth.
Requirements
You are a senior operational leader with deep experience in the resources, mining, energy, industrial, or asset-intensive sectors You bring a strong track record of leading teams in complex operating environments and balancing strategic priorities with disciplined execution.
You are known for your leadership capability, commercial judgement, and ability to drive performance through people, systems, and operational focus. You are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and delivering outcomes in environments where safety, reliability, and efficiency are critical.
