Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology (BNSM) is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to lead all aspects of operations and production for its AFM Probes fabrication facility in Camarillo, CA. Functions that report to this position include process engineering, production planning, equipment engineering, facilities engineering, and quality.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in operations and engineering management from a semiconductor or MEMS wafer fabrication facility. They are highly motivated to create and manage a positive, efficient, and productive working environment and lead the AFM Probes Operations team to produce world-class AFM probes and meet our performance, delivery, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives. They will work closely with other members of the Bruker organization to drive new product introduction, continuous improvement in product quality and processes, cost reductions, and health / safety compliance. They will engage cross-functionally with members of design and development engineering, marketing, sales, and service.

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $151,000 and $269,000. You will have the ability to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
