Permanent, Full-Time Position

Competitive annual salary & up to 30% bonus

Remote, with occasional office visits

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring an Operations Director in Healthcare Services, part of XylaXyla is a leading UK healthcare solutions provider, working in partnership with the NHS and independent sector to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care. Part of the Acacium Group, Xyla specialises in reducing waiting times, improving service capacity, and supporting better patient outcomes.

The role will focus exclusively on our Neurodevelopmental Assessments and Digital Therapies services, leading the delivery and growth of those services, as well as new services in the mental health space as we look to the future.

Key priorities for the role will be:

  • To lead and inspire a purpose-led, committed team, ensuring the structure of the business creates a platform for success

  • To maximise immediate market opportunities in neurodevelopmental assessments and talking therapies, including diversification and delivery direct to consumer

  • To maximise the potential of bringing these two businesses together to provide an integrated and uniquely differentiated service offering

  • To shape our future mental health service offering and go-to-market strategy

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

  • Previous operational leadership is essential, from public or private sectors within healthcare

  • Understanding of the mental health space

  • Talking therapies or neurodevelopmental background is beneficial

  • Knowledge of routes to market within the healthcare sector & NHS procurement is ideal
