Job Description

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the production department to ensure operations targets and goals are achieved
  • Recruit, train, and motivate personnel in the production department
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations of the production department, and to maximize installation and warehouse efficiency
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
  • Ensure installation and production processes are completed within specified budgetary guidelines and quality initiatives
  • Oversee ordering, installation and service teams.
  • Provide regular feedback to the production department and conduct constructive performance evaluations

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of production leadership experience within the home improvement industry
