Your Job:
As the Director of Operations for our Guadalajara Plant, you will lead a 24-hour manufacturing operation and play a critical role in driving operational excellence while building a culture of innovation and transformation. You will be accountable for developing leaders, applying economic-based business management, and realizing a clear operational vision across key functions including SMT, assembly operations (manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated), safety, product quality, materials, planning, and environmental systems
Our Team:
You will lead plant operations leaders across manufacturing processes, the tool room, and materials management, partnering closely with key stakeholders across the campus. You will also collaborate with our design center and domestic/global operations teams to share best practices and strengthen performance across the enterprise.
