The Senior Analyst is a member of IKC’s Operations Deployment team, responsible for supporting enterprise roadmap planning, deployment governance, launch readiness and execution visibility across IKC initiatives. This team partners closely with strategy, operations, training, and clinical leaders to ensure initiatives are prioritized, sequenced, and deployed with consistency and operational readiness. This role may also support select Clinical Transformation priorities where strong structure, synthesis and follow-trough are needed.
This role will support the full strategic planning operating model, including roadmap planning, governance support, training and communication readiness, workflow alignment, and cross-functional issue resolution. The Senior Analyst will help create visibility into workflow maturity, open risks, dependencies, decisions, and follow-through needs as IKC initiatives move through planning, deployment, stabilization, and run state. Over time, this teammate should be able to independently own defined workstreams, shape recommendations, and grow into broader operating leadership.
What you will do
Support roadmap planning, governance, and execution work for IKC ATC priorities across care teammate, leader, and clinical program initiatives
Own defined workstreams and problem-solving lanes under the direction of the Sr. Manager with increasing independence as capability develops. Includes independently managing ATC deliverables and operating tools, including roadmap views, readiness trackers, decision and action logs, and recurring governance materials, with coaching on more complex or ambiguous issues.
Build and maintain core execution tools, including intake forms, initiative details, decision logs, readiness summaries, and roadmap views
Develop and maintain audience-specific roadmap views that provide strategic, operational, and training stakeholders with clear visibility into initiative timing, dependencies, and readiness.
Partner with stakeholders to identify tradeoffs, dependencies, and recommendations that inform leadership decision-making.
Develop leadership-ready communications, presentations, and reporting that support governance discussions, roadmap reviews, and deployment decisions.
Track follow-through on open items and proactively surface areas where work is stalled, unclear, misaligned, or at risk
Support adjacent priorities across the broader IKC and Clinical Transformation portfolio as needed, including reporting, governance, execution support, and other cross-functional operating work
Over time, take increasing ownership of end-to-end workstreams and develop recommendations for leaders across the portfolio
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
2–5 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, operations, program management, analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
Experience supporting or owning cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, organize complex work, and drive follow-through
Healthcare experience preferred, especially in value-based care, population health, care management, clinical operations, training and enablement, large-scale deployment, or chronic disease programs
Experience with workflow mapping, project tracking, reporting, roadmap management, or performance analysis preferred
What will make someone successful in this role
Strong ownership mindset
Able to define the problem and approach within a workstream, not just execute assigned tasks
Able to connect tactical execution activities to broader business objectives and strategic priorities
Comfortable influencing without direct authority across diverse stakeholder groups
Ability to work with ambiguity
Highly organized and reliable
Strong follow-through and attention to detail
Able to synthesize information clearly and concisely
Comfortable working across multiple workstreams at once
Good judgment on when to escalate versus solve directly
Practical, collaborative, and low-ego working style
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Why this role
This role is designed for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. It offers the opportunity to support how IKC initiatives are prioritized, sequenced, and deployed across the organization; partner with leaders across strategy, operations, and clinical teams; and develop expertise in governance, roadmap management, and large-scale organizational change.
