Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with all Banks department managers to determine transport requirements and schedule transport to meet them.
  2. Coordinate the movement of vehicles and transportation of other assets.
  3. Ensure the appropriate use, maintenance, and repair of all bank’s vehicles (owned or leased)
  4. Create and/or modify various systems to manage the movement of vehicles and personnel.
  5. Keep documents current such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc.
  6. Ensure sufficient use and supply of fuel.
  7. Manage fuel requests, fuel stocks (fuel card) supplier agreements with petrol stations.
  8. Produce monthly fuel and vehicle use reports, “work orders,” etc.
  9. Install and maintain the Vehicle Management System (VMS); ensure that data is input regularly and that required reports are produced.
  10. Manage drivers.
  11. Daily Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate the movement of staff and vehicle requests

2.Ensure the appropriate use, maintenance, and repair of all bank’s vehicles

3.Supervise drivers and ensure all vehicles are in proper working condition before they are released for duty.

4.Provide fuel to vehicles and ensure its proper consumption.

5.Handle repairs and deal vehicle garages for ensure proper and timely vehicle repair and maintenance.

Education Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in any business-related field.
