
About the role: Full-time, permanent, hybrid role- based out of our Adelaide, Brisbane or Toowoomba Head Offices.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Delivery Analyst- Financial Claims Scheme (FCS) to join our Operations Delivery team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering strategic initiatives that support the organisation’s compliance with APS 910 Financial Claims Scheme requirements, while also contributing to broader operations transformation activities.
This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the opportunity to work across project delivery, business analysis, and change management to support key initiatives across the Operations division. You’ll be responsible for delivering components of the Financial Claims Scheme (FCS) program of work, supporting the organisation’s ability to test and demonstrate operational readiness, while also contributing to migration, integration, and process improvement initiatives.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help ensure initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to governance frameworks, and support strong risk and compliance outcomes.
