Field & Scale Operations, which sits within Microsoft Business Operations, provides operations support for Microsoft customers, sellers and partners to accelerate business outcomes across Microsoft’s commercial businesses. We are accountable for designing and executing scalable operational services across the customer lifecycle. We deliver process efficiency, timeliness, quality and compliance, while enabling an exceptional customer and seller experience.

As a member of our team, the Operations Deal Manager will coordinate and manage EMEA business-critical revenue processing functions. Our goal is to ensure consistent, repeatable processes on a global level while displaying customer experience skills to our internal and external clients. You will be joining a team focused on results, working together to solve problems, and committed to developing people.
The Operations Deal Manager (ODM) role: Acts as a trusted advisor, enabling compliant deal management to maximize revenue realization. You will do this by managing a critical deal pipeline, providing insights on complexity, volume, and arrival with a focus on de-risking deals to enable on time and accurate processing. The team partners with field sales, commercial solutions team, partner facing community and transact services. The Operations Deal Manager consults on multimillion transformational deals to help shape the future of new contract, billing, and other capabilities, ensuring that the processes are managed in a compliant and efficient manner. This role is accountable for driving operational excellence across Sales and Operations through the identification and creation of solutions to solve deficiencies, improve performance and maximize revenue. The successful candidate will be able to influence their business group priorities by acting as a facilitator between teams including business groups such as Legal and Corporate Affairs, Contracts and Negotiations, Credit and Collections, Finance and Processing.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 80,000.00 - € 136,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
