Operations & Data Manager (20–25 hrs. per week)

Hillel at the University of Wisconsin–Madison

UW Hillel, located on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus, is looking for a part-time Development Operations and Data Coordinator to maintain our ever-growing donor database. This position will work closely with our Director of Operations, Development Officer and CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gift processing across multiple donation platforms
  • Acknowledgements, billing, pledge reconciliations
  • Manual syncing between databases
  • Database hygiene, deduplication, regular reporting
  • Mailchimp segmentation, list management
  • Data integration from form applications
  • Basic office/admin workflows

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of relevant experience in office environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Donor Management software such as Little Green Light, Salesforce WIX, Canva, Monday.com, a plus but not required

Compensation

  • Salary range: $25-$32/hour commensurate with experience
