Operations crew – Cardiff | $33.19/hr (21+) | Great Hours + Team Culture

Join Tasty Fresh Food Co, a proudly Australian business keeping workplaces fed with fresh food daily.

From our Cardiff depot, you’ll be part of the morning crew helping out in our inhouse bakery and/or the warehouse, food production to support and stock our 30 lunch vans that service the local area.

Experience in food production and/or warehouse preferred but not essential.

💰 What’s on Offer

• $33.19/hr casual adult rate (21+)
• Sunday to Thursday roster, shifts from 5pm - approx. 8pm
• 3–5 shifts per week, 3+ hours per shift, flexibility to take on more when available highly regarded
• MUST be available to work Wednesdays
• Reliability is ESSENTIAL and can support your roster and allocation of hours

About the Role

Depending on the day and what is needed, you’ll help keep our food production team in full swing, products in stock and warehouse running smoothly! Variety is the spice of life and that is what you get in this exciting opportunity.

Typical duties include:

• Prepare, portion, process food products
• Make sure our quality is up to standards accurately
• Receive and store stock where required
• Follow recipes and methods and work instructions
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Support workflow and productivity across the shift

Team members may work across Bakery, Production or Warehouse depending on operational priorities and shift requirements.

No two shifts are the same — but reliability, attention to detail and teamwork are key.

About the role

• Ongoing casual position - Wednesday attendance essential
• Fast-paced production environment
• Some work may occur in cold storage areas

About You

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard
• Comfortable working in cool environments (3–9°C)
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 15kg, bend, stretch, and move freely
• Positive attitude, initiative, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Drive and motivation to achieve and exceed targets
• Strong communicator
• Full Australian work rights required
• Driver licence with reliable transport advantageous
• Food production and/or warehouseexperience preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Flexibility to take on more hours when they are available
