Food Production | Pick Packing | Warehouse Assistant

Yatala | $33.19/hr + penalties (adult 21+) | Great Hours + Team Culture

From our modern Yatala depot, you’ll be part of our lively operations crew preparing food, pick packing or supporting warehouse, or a mix of all 3! These important activities all contribute to filling our 28 lunch vans daily that service the local area.

Morning Operations - Warehouse & Food Production

• Casual role
• Monday to Friday roster between 3am-11am
• 15-40 hours per week | 5-8 hour shifts | 3-5 shifts per week
• $33.19/hr casual adult rate (21+) + Penalty rates - Those aged under 21 are still welcome to apply, hourly rate will be less as per award
• Loading ice buckets onto vans, confectionary trays & loading/picking drinks
• Unloading pallets, Stock rotation
• Some heavy lifting (10kg max), bending and twisting involved in a fast-paced environment
• Food production line assembly
• Forklift a bonus but not essential

Morning Operations - Food Production & Warehouse

• Casual role
• Monday to Friday roster between 7am-2pm
• 15-40 hours per week | 5-8 hour shifts | 3-5 shifts per week
• $33.19/hr casual adult rate (21+) - Those aged under 21 are still welcome to apply, hourly rate will be less as per award
• Preparing food mixes and Production line assembly
• Unloading pallets, Stock rotation
• Some heavy lifting (10kg max), bending and twisting involved in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift a bonus but not essential

Afternoon Operations - Pick Packing & Warehouse

• Casual role
• Sunday to Thursday roster between 2pm-10pm
• 18-40 hours per week | 6-8 hour shifts | 3-5 shifts per week
• $33.19/hr casual adult rate (21+) - Those aged under 21 are still welcome to apply, hourly rate will be less as per award

• Picking products for vans
• Stock rotation and date checking
• Some heavy lifting (10kg max), bending and twisting involved in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift a bonus but not essential

Each role may be required to perform other tasks as required keep it interesting!

No two shifts are the same — but reliability, attention to detail and teamwork are key.

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard
• Comfortable working in cool environments (3–9°C) - Cool all year round!
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 10kg, bend, stretch, and move freely
• Positive attitude, initiative, and attention to detail
• Full Australian work rights and a driver’s licence with reliable transport due to location and hours
• A current forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential
• Food production, pick packing and/or warehouse experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong communicator with basic computer skills
