Operations Crew

Yatala |Food & Bakery production, Warehouse

$34.76 per hour (aged 21+) - Younger applicants welcome to apply

1. Food Production

✅ Sunday to Thursday roster ✅ Afternoon shifts, roster from 4:00pm-10:00pm ✅ Up to 20 hours per week ✅3-5 shifts per week

2. Food Production & Warehouse

✅ Monday to Friday roster ✅ Afternoon shifts, roster from 1:30pm-9:00pm ✅ Up to 30+ hours per week ✅ 6-8 hour shifts ✅ 3-5 shifts per week

3. Bakery Production

✅ Monday to Friday roster ✅ Morning shifts, roster from 5:00am-1:00pm ✅ Up to 25+ hours per week ✅ 6-8 hour shifts ✅ 3-5 shifts per week

What you'll do:

• Prepare, portion, label and pack food products
• Pick and dispatch orders accurately
• Receive and store stock where required
• Follow recipes, picking sheets and work instructions
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Support workflow and productivity across the shift

Team members may work across Bakery, Production or Warehouse depending on operational priorities and shift requirements.

About you:

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a cold environment 3-9°C if required
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 15kg)
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Pick packing, warehouse or food production/bakery production experience preferred
• Driver licence and reliable transport required due to location and hours

Please note: Handling meat, dairy, nuts and gluten products is required.
