Job Description

Your opportunity

We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in keeping our Westfield Doncaster destination operating at its best.

In this role, you will coordinate maintenance activities, contractor services and day-to-day operational requirements, ensuring a safe, well-maintained and welcoming environment for customers, retailers and stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate issues, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships will contribute directly to the overall performance of the destination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional operational outcomes.

Day-to-day you will be required to:

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and operational activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and monitor contractors to ensure work is completed safely, professionally and in line with agreed service standards.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the destination, minimising disruption to customers, retailers and centre teams.
  • Identify operational risks, maintenance issues and service gaps, escalating and resolving matters proactively.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, systems and reporting to support compliance and informed decision-making.
  • Respond to stakeholder enquiries and requests, providing a high level of customer service and communication.
  • Assist in coordinating works, projects and planned maintenance activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Partner closely with the Assistant Facilities Manager, providing strong operational coordination and support.

This role is full time permanent positions, based onsite at Westfield Doncaster.

  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
