About the Client

Evotym is looking for an Operations Coordinator to work closely with our Founder and support the day-to-day operations.

Evotym is an international FinTech recruitment agency founded in Riga, Latvia. We work with companies across the financial technology ecosystem and operate in a fast-moving, international environment.

We're looking for someone who can bring structure, energy, and ownership to the team — and who genuinely enjoys making things work better. Your role will be broad and dynamic. You will help the Founder and the wider team keep projects, processes, and day-to-day operations moving forward.

Role Overview

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional who wants to gain hands-on experience across operations, project management, research, AI & automation, marketing, and business administration while working directly with the CEO.

You might currently be a Project Coordinator, Operations Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Business Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, Office Manager, Junior Project Manager, or a student/recent graduate with 1+ years of relevant hands-on experience.

You don't need years of experience in operations. We care much more about how you think and work: being organised, proactive, curious, reliable, and comfortable figuring things out independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal projects and make sure tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups don't get lost
• Work directly with the Founder on business and operational priorities
• Turn ideas and loosely defined requests into clear action plans and next steps
• Conduct research, compare options, and prepare short summaries and recommendations
• Coordinate with team members, contractors, partners, and external service providers
• Support business administration, documentation, invoices, contracts, banking-related matters, and other operational tasks
• Help organise business travel, conferences, meetings, and events
• Maintain project and task tracking in Asana
• Identify processes that could be improved, simplified, or automated
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to make everyday work faster and more efficient
• Support selected marketing, LinkedIn, content, community, and partnership initiatives
• Help with occasional personal and organisational requests for the Founder

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Business Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, Office Manager, Junior Project Manager, or other.
• Previous experience working with CEO/another C-level Executive is an advantage.
• Experience with Asana, AI tools, social media/content, recruitment, FinTech, finance, or project management would be an advantage.
• You can take a broad request, structure it, and turn it into concrete next steps.
• High level of independence and ownership.
• Excellent research skills.
• Good English and native Russian.
