Title: Operations Coordinator – Tech & Commercial Teams (Remote, US hours) | BuyGoods

The job in one line: You'll be the person who makes sure every request from our Affiliate and Vendor teams reaches our developers clearly, gets prioritized, and gets delivered.

What your day really looks like

• Around 120 Telegram chats, 100+ Teams threads and a busy ClickUp board. Everything is marked urgent; you decide what really is.
• Turning messy requests (new offers, API integrations, payment setups) into clear, complete ClickUp tasks.
• Chasing progress with developers, removing blockers, and updating the commercial teams before they have to ask.
• Staying calm and neutral when two teams both want to go first.

A project or delivery coordinator, a support team lead, a dispatcher, an ad-ops or affiliate coordinator, a service desk coordinator, or anyone whose job was to keep dozens of requests moving at once. No coding needed. You don't need eCommerce experience; we'll teach you the platform.

What we need

• 2+ years handling a high volume of requests, tickets or projects at the same time
• Clear, concise written English (most of this job happens in chat)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Available in US EST Time zone 9:00PM-5:00PM, Monday to Friday
• Bonus: startup or small-company experience, ClickUp or Jira
• Must be in Eastern Europe
