You will serve as the operational backbone of our housing department, working closely with residential managers and leadership to keep our facilities functioning at their best. Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Logistics:Assistin managing, updating, and coordinating the department's staffing schedules to ensure proper coverage across all housing sites.

  • Supply & Inventory Management:Oversee the ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution of essential supplies for the sites, including food, household items, and office necessities.

  • Facilities Coordination:Inspect facilities, submitmaintenance work orders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure all residential buildings and offices are well-maintained and safe.

  • Administrative Support:Assistwith the general administrative needs of the housing department, including data entry, compliance paperwork, and report preparation.

  • Front Desk & Communications:Manage general phone inquiries, route messages accurately, and periodically man the front desk to welcome visitors, staff, and clients.

MinimumRequirements

1. Associates degree or equivalent in combination of education and experience.

2. Five years in progressively responsible clerical/administrative work.

3. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.

4. Professional demeanor and excellent customer relations skills in a stressful environment.

5. Abilityto problemsolve and handle patient and staff information withtactand confidentiality.

6. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task.

7. Computerproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

8. Ateam-orientedindividual with the ability to deal effectively with department staff in the resolution of problems and the completion oftask Ability to process and integrate complex information and appropriately exercise independent judgment.

9.Demonstratedability to provide discretion, and confidentiality.
