As an Operations Coordinator, you will apply your extensive knowledge and advanced skills to tackle complex operations and administrative challenges. You will find solutions to sophisticated problems and contribute significantly to maintaining and improving operational performance.
This is a full-time permanent position, based in Menara Great Eastern 2, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (hybrid working, working from home 3 days per week).
ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead and implement improvements in order processing and fulfillment.
Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment to ensure accurate, timely delivery to customers.
Liaise with warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
Govern and maintain product and customer master data ensuring accuracy in compliance with data standards.
Support product operations including new product setup and maintenance
Foster strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
Ensure product and fulfillment data is accurate, complete, and aligned across systems.
Implement and support high-impact process improvements.
Develop comprehensive, detailed operational reports, forecasts and documentation.
Act as a key point of contact for fulfillment, master data, and product-related operational queries.
Support operational and system projects across the region, including enhancements, process changes, and readiness activities.
Occasional work on public holidays may be required to support business operations; time off in lieu will be granted accordingly.
ABOUT YOU
Candidate must possess at least a diploma/degree in a related field
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Supply Chain Optimization: Enhance logistics and supply chain processes.
Comprehensive Reporting: Develop detailed and actionable reports.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to high-level operational strategies.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and manage multi-department initiatives.
Complex Problem-Solving: Find solutions to the most challenging operational issues.
Experience working with stakeholders (internal and external) to resolve issues
Experience with Office 360 tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Experience working with Salesforce and SAP is an added advantage
