We are currently searching for our next superstar Operations Coordinator!

This is the role where you become the heartbeat of the store. You'll support the Store Manager by owning the admin and compliance that keeps everything running like clockwork. From rostering departments to managing the back office, you're the go-to person when something needs sorting — and you wouldn't have it any other way.

Responsibilities

• Build and enter accurate rosters for every non-F&V department, matching them to demand within budget
• Track leave, availability changes and shift swaps — and get them into the system promptly
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments except F&V
• Support Section Leads and Supervisors with admin, ordering queries and process questions
• Keep compliance paperwork current across food safety, WHS, training records and supplier documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new team members
• Support the Store Manager in creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming workplace

About you

You're someone who genuinely loves food and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You bring energy, organisation and a calm head under pressure. We're looking for someone with:

• A passion for fresh food and previous experience in a fresh food retail business
• Strong communication skills — you connect easily with people at all levels
• Previous retail, hospitality or admin experience in a fast-paced environment
• Solid IT ability, including confidence with MS Office and a knack for picking up new tech platforms quickly
• Exceptional organisation — you can juggle multiple admin tasks in parallel without missing a beat
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive people information
• Rostering or workforce scheduling experience — a big plus!
