About the Internship

Join iSchool as an Operations Coordinator Intern and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a Two month paid internship designed to help fresh graduates and early-career professionals develop practical operational skills while working alongside experienced teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Assist in organizing schedules, meetings, and internal activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Track operational tasks and follow up on pending actions.
• Help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform other operational support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Previous internship or work experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well organized with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
