
· Coordinate on freight inbound and outbound Shipments.
· Preparation of Freight forwarding documentations.
· Follow up with forwarders on Flight bookings / Flight details / Permits / BL / AWB
· Ensuring all shipment are pick up on time by forwarders
· Sending Pre-alert to relevant parties
· Printing of invoices for courier implants
· Issuing of COO & LC (if required)
· Update GST track in GOMS for drop ship & normal shipments
· Scanning of documents (BL / AWB / Permits / Delivery Order) and saving it in the shared folder
· Provide on-site support and coordination for the client's logistics operations.
· Ensure database are updated timely and effectively for complete visibility on job status and reporting.
· Effectively update advanced shipping notice (ASN) to ensure customer is notified timely on when shipping occurs so customer can be prepared to accept delivery.
· Arrange for permit declaration.
· AED tracker update and VDP submission updates
· Coordinate with relevant parties, both internal and external to ensure effective execution of air export activities.
· Collaborate with relevant departments, partners and agents to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.
Requirements
The role is based on site at the customer’s facility at Pandan Avenue.
