Are you passionate about fresh food, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and eager to make a real difference in your community? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our Albury team and help drive the store to success!

As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our amazing Store Manager in hitting those exciting KPIs and ensuring our store runs as smoothly as our farm-fresh produce. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store, making sure every process is on point, and that our customers and team are having an awesome experience every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Team up with the Store Manager to smash KPI goals related to sales, wages, and margins – plus, help with creating a stellar staff roster.
• Roll out and communicate our vibrant marketing programs with the team to get our customers excited and engaged.
• Be a compliance champion – support the Store Manager to ensure we’re meeting all company and regulatory standards.
• Help build a dream team through recruitment, onboarding, training, and fostering an incredible team culture that will get our eNPS results soaring!
• Lead the way in delivering our "FRESH" customer service standards, and handle any customer queries with care and a smile.
• Be the go-to person, liaising with our support office teams to solve any challenges that come your way.
• Keep the admin side of things running like clockwork, so everyone can focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• A love for fresh food and experience in a fresh food retail environment – we want someone who gets what it takes to deliver quality!
• Strong English comprehension and a love for tech – you’ll be skilled in MS Office and quick to pick up new platforms.
• A team player who’s keen to roll up their sleeves, get involved, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural organiser who loves keeping things on track – if it’s on your list, it gets done!
