Role: Operations Coordinator – 12-month Fixed Term
Location: Sydney

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll support day‑to‑day operations across collections and logistics activities, while gaining exposure to import/export processes and global supply chains.

This role will give you the foundation, hands-on experience and system exposure to build a career in international shipping, logistics or supply chain operations within GrainCorp.

This role contributes by:

• Supporting daily operations across collections, logistics and customer service activities
• Assisting with scheduling, documentation and administrative tasks related to transport and shipping
• Ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping in systems such as SAP
• Providing support to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations
• Building knowledge of international shipping, import/export processes and supply chain systems

About You:

• You have previous administration experience and strong attention to detail
• You’re organised, reliable and enjoy supporting operational teams
• You have a genuine interest in logistics, import/export or international supply chains
• You’re comfortable using systems (or eager to learn), with SAP exposure a bonus
• You’re motivated to learn, grow and build a long-term career in supply chain

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Exposure to international shipping or container logistics
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hanna or similar systems (BSM, Buy Sell Move, experience is a plus)
