Position based in Watches & Fine Jewelry Boutique in Mall of Emirates, Dubai.
CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
As the Watches & Fine Jewelry Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the boutique stock management and logistics - inventory control, shipment coordination, reporting, and quality control - while also handling administrative tasks - permits, scheduling and supplier coordination - ensuring efficient operations in line with CHANEL's standards and procedures.

Reporting to the Watches & Fine Jewelry Deputy Manager, the Operations Coordinator has several key partners:
Internally: Sales Assistants, Fashion Operations Manager, WFJ Business Development, Administration and Operation.
Externally: WFJ Boutiques in UAE, suppliers and vendors.
