Job Description
Ensure that all operational activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate day-to-day operations tasks, such as scheduling, logistics, and staff management.
Helps assigned teams meet and exceed their goals and objectives.
Create and maintain records for all operational activities and ensure that all documents are filed properly.
Coordinate with team members to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Job Qualifications:
College graduate of any course
Has experience being a Coordinator in any of these: Retail/Merchandising/Promotions
Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation
Able to use Zoom/GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings
Skills and Qualities:
Pro-active
Good communication skills
With handling people experience
Proficient in MS Office software or in Google Suite
Must have experience in field work or be willing to work in a roving role on the cluster assigned
Areas to cover are the Bukidnon area cluster
