Job Description

  • Ensure that all operational activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations tasks, such as scheduling, logistics, and staff management.
  • Helps assigned teams meet and exceed their goals and objectives.
  • Create and maintain records for all operational activities and ensure that all documents are filed properly.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure that projects are completed on time.

 Job Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course
  • Has experience being a Coordinator in any of these: Retail/Merchandising/Promotions
  • Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation
  • Able to use Zoom/GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings

Skills and Qualities:

  • Pro-active
  • Good communication skills
  • With handling people experience
  • Proficient in MS Office software or in Google Suite
  • Must have experience in field work or be willing to work in a roving role on the cluster assigned

Areas to cover are the Bukidnon area cluster
