Job in Brief

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of an organization's daily operations. They play a key role in coordinating various tasks, processes, and projects to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Ensure smooth operations of the Operation Support team in Property Show Case events in respective target areas.
2. Communicate and works well with the agents and stakeholders.
3. Sourcing and managing external vendors
4. Manages the budget and expenses.
5. Collaborate with Marketing team for all collaterals, photos and videos etc.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Likes organising events with good planning and time managing.
2. Has experience in Marketing, managing budget and capable to do sourcing.
3. Has experience organising events, handling a team of people and mindset of an entrepreneur.
4. Has a good sense of art and interior decoration.
5. Keen on learning and continuous improvement self-reflect, what went wrong, and what to improve.
6. Reporting to Head of Operations

Based in the office @ Ativo Plaza @ Bandar Sri Damansara

Working Hours: 5 days, with off days on Tues and Wed.
