Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Operations Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You'll own the day-to-day processes that keep a UK team running smoothly.

Role overview

You will sit at the centre of the business, keeping trackers current, making sure suppliers and teams know what is happening and fixing the small problems before they become big ones. The work is varied and you will be trusted to run it without being chased. You will work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday.

You will join the client's existing team from day one, with a named manager in the UK, regular check-ins over video call and clear goals so you always know how you are doing.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across teams and suppliers
• Maintain trackers, rotas and process documents
• Prepare weekly operational reports
• Spot bottlenecks and suggest practical fixes
• Handle admin for orders, bookings and supplier queries

What you'll need

• At least 2 years in an operations, coordination or senior admin role
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience with a task tool such as Asana, Monday.com or Trello
• Clear written English for UK stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage several priorities to deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience working with a UK business
• Basic reporting in Power BI or Looker Studio
